John has been with the company since 1975 and has a
wealth of experience in surface engineering and treatments of aluminium
and its alloys. He has held the position of President of the International
Hard Anodising Association, and is still taking an active role on
the committee. John is also active on trade association committees
and British Standards committees.

Chris Proctor

Manager.
Chris has been with the company since 2003 and has extensive experience of the surface finishing industry and engineering process. Chris has written the environmental agency IPPC permit application (with SEA permit application club)
& implemented the Environmental Management Systems manual to achieve EN ISO 14001 accreditation.

Harry Hone
- ( Jt M.D ) Production
Harry has been with the company since 1978. Prior to his current position
Harry has worked in several areas of the company's activities. He
therefore has a very good understanding of the services provided.
Harry has many years experience in co-ordinating the production throughput
at A.S.E for a wide range of customer industries. This has provided
him with an excellent understanding of customer expectations and requirements,
which he continues to meet.

Kevin Hone

Executive.
Kevin has worked for the company since 1994. Prior
to his position as sales executive, Kevin worked in several different
areas of the company and this has given him a good broad knowledge
of the company's activities.
