Surface Engineering has received a commendation for its work
in reducing its impact on the environment and was a winner in
its group for the use of power to improve efficiency and productivity
in the East Midlands Electricity PEP Awards.
At
ASE we believe the environment is important and that is why
we will take every opportunity to protect it.

This
has given a reduction in the consumption of electricity and
water. Another aspect is to examine the waste produced by the
process and to look at ways of reducing this. Currently, with
the application of both recirculation and recycling techniques,
a significant reduction in the amount of waste produced by the
process has been achieved.
